Terms of Service

1. Overview of Platform
Devpiq ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides a visual design, content management, and hosting software service for merchants operating webstores powered by Tebex Limited.
2. Commerce and Payment Separation
All financial transactions, payment gateway operations, buyer fraud detection, VAT and sales tax collection, and package dispatch are handled exclusively by Tebex Limited under their respective merchant agreements and Terms of Sale. Devpiq does not process consumer credit cards or act as a payment processor for in-game digital goods.
3. Permitted Content & Compliance
Merchants using the platform must ensure that all storefront content, images, trademarks, and packages comply with applicable game publisher EULAs (including Mojang AB for Minecraft and Take-Two Interactive for FiveM/GTA V) and Tebex Acceptable Use Policies. Physical goods marketplaces and unsupported monetization models are strictly prohibited.
4. Tenant Isolation & Custom Domains
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess legal ownership or authorization for custom domains attached to their projects. We reserve the right to suspend subdomains or integrations that violate intellectual property or engage in phishing.
